Luxury Waterfront Apartments are available to rent throughout the year right at Flyer's Boatyard. There is a large three-bedroom, and a spacious four-bedroom apartment on the second and third floors with unrivalled views of Provincetown Harbor.

Available for weekly rental (Sunday -- Sunday), they offer private bedrooms with queen-size beds and multiple baths and have decks on three sides.

Full utilities in each apartment include stereo, TVs, VCR, full kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, and laundry washer and dryer. Linens and towels are also included with your rental. A private parking space comes with each unit.

The boatyard apartment offers the peace and tranquility of the harbor where the Pilgrims first landed. Relax or grill out on the private decks where you can view the stunning 'Cape Light' sunsets and sunrises. It is also a short walk to the town center and the many renowned art galleries, restaurants and nightlife.

There is a quiet beach immediately adjacent to the property and a water taxi to the secluded Long Point Lighthouse from the dock right outside.

The apartment is large enough to host small wedding receptions or private parties. Larger tented parties can be organized on our spacious new dock outside or the boatyard's Coast Guard licensed captains can take you out on the water for romantic ceremonies or unforgettable trips.

Bike rentals are located a short walk away to get you out and about through the trails of the National Seashore. Whale watching excursions leave regularly from the downtown piers or you can get out on the water by renting a boat or kayak from your very doorstep. Special rates are available to our tenants.
